Booking Terms for Customers
These terms apply when you book classes, appointments or offers from a studio via StudioPlan. Please read them carefully before booking.

Scope & Roles
StudioPlan is a booking platform operated by Muff Consulting & Webdesign GmbH. The contract for the booked class or offer (e.g. training, workshop, admission) is concluded exclusively between you and the respective studio — not with StudioPlan. StudioPlan merely provides the technical platform for presenting the offers and processing the booking and does not itself provide any sports or health-related services.
Booking & Confirmation
By submitting a booking you make a binding offer to participate. The booking is deemed accepted as soon as you receive a confirmation (usually by e-mail). Where capacity is limited, you may — if the studio offers this — join a waitlist and be moved up automatically or after confirmation once a place becomes available. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
Prices & Payment
Prices are set by the respective studio and shown during booking; they include any applicable statutory VAT. Depending on the offer, payment is made online (e.g. by credit card via our payment provider Stripe), using credits/a membership, or on site at the studio. Invoices and receipts are issued by the respective studio as the service provider.
Cancellation, Rebooking & No-Show
Cancellations, rebookings and late arrival or non-attendance (no-show) are governed by the cancellation policy of the booked studio, which is shown to you during the booking process. If you fail to cancel in time or do not attend, the studio may forfeit the fee or the credit/session in whole or in part. Please observe the stated deadlines.
Memberships, Passes & Credits
Terms relating to memberships, subscriptions, multi-session passes and vouchers — in particular validity period, renewal and transferability — are set by the respective studio. The studio's information on the relevant product is decisive.
Changes & Cancellations by the Studio
The studio may change, postpone or cancel classes or appointments to a reasonable extent (e.g. due to instructor illness or insufficient participant numbers). If the studio cancels, you will receive a refund, a credit or a replacement session in accordance with its policy. Claims arising from a cancellation are to be asserted against the studio.
Participation & Health
Participation in sports activities is at your own responsibility and risk. You confirm that you are in suitable health for the booked activity and will inform the instructor in advance if in doubt. Observe the studio's house and safety rules as well as any minimum age. For minor participants, the consent of their legal guardians is required.
Liability
StudioPlan is liable only for the proper operation of the booking platform, and even then only in the event of intent or gross negligence; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The respective studio is solely responsible for the performance, quality and safety of the booked service as well as for personal injury and property damage at the studio. Mandatory statutory liability provisions (in particular for injury to life, body and health and under product liability law) remain unaffected.
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data required for the booking is transmitted to the respective studio so that it can process your booking and contact you.
Governing Law
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where you book as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
