Create vouchers
Create voucher codes that clients enter when booking a class online to get money off or a free class.

Open Products → Vouchers
Go to Products, open Vouchers and click Add Voucher.

Choose the voucher type
Enter a name and description, using the DE | EN | FR | IT switch for translations. Then pick the type: a Gift Card takes a fixed amount off the class price, a Discount Voucher takes a percentage off, and a Service Voucher makes the class free. Set the voucher value or discount percentage.

Set how often the code can be used
Maximum Uses is the total number of bookings the code can be redeemed on, across all clients. Keep it at 1 for a personal gift, or raise it for a promotion code you share with many clients.

Save and send the code
Save the voucher. StudioPlan creates the code from your code prefix plus four digits (for example GIFT4821) and shows it on the voucher card with a copy button. Send the code to the client yourself, for example by email or on a printed gift card.

Client redeems it when booking
The client enters the code in the booking window on your public booking page. The discount is applied before payment, and if the class becomes free the booking is confirmed without payment. Each redemption counts towards Maximum Uses, which you can follow on the voucher card.
Tips
- Vouchers work for class bookings on your public booking page and booking widget, for one person at a time. They can't be used in the client portal or the mobile app, or for services, memberships or articles.
- Clients can't buy vouchers online. To sell a gift voucher, take the payment yourself and hand over the code.
- A Gift Card takes its full value off each booking, up to the class price. Any value left over is not kept as a balance.
- Switch a voucher to inactive to stop its code from working immediately.
