Analyse your studio with Claude (AI)
Connect Claude to your studio analytics and ask questions in plain language: revenue trends, class fill rates, peak hours, instructor performance and clients at risk of leaving.
Before you start
- A Claude account (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) with access to custom connectors
- A StudioPlan login with permission to manage studio settings (owners and admins by default)

Copy the server URL
In StudioPlan, open Studio → Integrations. The Claude card shows your server URL (https://www.studioplan.ch/api/mcp). Select the copy button next to it.

Add the connector in Claude
In Claude (web or desktop app), open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Enter "Studioplan" as the name and paste the URL. Leave the detected options as they are: "Sign in now" for authentication and "Register automatically" for the OAuth client. Leave request headers empty.

Sign in and choose your studio
Select Connect. Claude opens StudioPlan: sign in if asked, then choose which studio Claude may read and select Allow access. You are sent back to Claude and the connector shows as connected.

Ask your first questions
Start a new chat and ask, for example: "How did my studio perform last month?", "Which class types are under-filled this quarter?", "When are my busiest hours?" or "How many active clients have not booked for over 30 days?". Claude picks the right analysis on its own and explains the result.

See and remove connections
Studio → Integrations lists every connected app with who connected it and when. Select the unplug icon to disconnect; access ends immediately. Removing someone from your team or taking away their analytics permission also ends their connection automatically.
Tips
- Access is read-only: Claude cannot book, cancel or change anything in your studio.
- Claude only receives aggregated figures. Client names, email addresses and phone numbers are never shared; instructor names are included so you can compare your team.
- Give Claude a period ("in September", "last 90 days") for precise answers; without one it uses the last 30 days.
- Using Claude Code? Under Advanced on the same card you can create an API key and copy a ready-made command instead of signing in.
