Invite your team & assign roles
Add instructors and staff, and control what each person can access with roles.

Before you start
- Studio Owner or Studio Admin access

Open the Team page
Go to Team in the main menu. You'll see everyone who has access to your studio, grouped by role.

Invite a member
Click Invite Member and enter the person's email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your studio.

Assign a role
Choose one or more roles for the member. StudioPlan has Studio Owner, Studio Admin, Admin, Instructor, and Front Desk. Roles determine what each person can see and do — for example Front Desk can handle check-ins and bookings, while Studio Admin can manage settings and the team.

Set up instructor profiles
For instructors, add their specializations and profile details so they can be assigned to classes and shown on your booking page.
Tips
- As the Studio Owner you can't remove your own Owner role or change your email for security reasons.
- A person can hold more than one role — e.g. an Instructor who also works Front Desk.
