Sell a service to a client
Assign a block card or other service to a client and record the payment.

Before you start
- A service (e.g. block card) already created
- A client on file

Open the client
Go to Clients and open the client you're selling to. Switch to the Memberships tab.

Choose Assign product
Choose Assign product, pick Block or time card, then the service to sell — for example your 10-session block card.

Choose how it was paid
Select cash or complimentary for payment already received. Enter the amount paid (or 0 for complimentary). The purchase is recorded against the client and a payment entry is created so it shows up in their history and your reports.
Tips
- Once assigned, the card's remaining sessions are automatically used when you book the client into a class that the card covers. If the card is restricted to certain class types, it will not pay for other types.
- To bill later instead of collecting payment now, choose Invoice or Bank transfer in the same Assign product form.
- Selling a service also links the client to your studio if they weren't already.
