Create a service (block card or time card)
Set up a multi-session product clients can buy and use to pay for class bookings.
Before you start

Open Products → Services
Go to Products in the menu and open Services. This is where you manage block cards, time cards, single sessions, consultations, and personal-training packages.

Create a new service
Click Add Service and choose the type. A Block card grants a fixed number of sessions (e.g. a 10-class card); a Time card is valid for a set period of time. Single sessions, consultations, and personal-training packages are also available. Use the DE | EN | FR | IT switch to enter the name and description in more than one language.

Set sessions and validity
For a block card, set the number of sessions included (e.g. 5 or 10). Set a validity period in months if the card should expire after a certain time.

Restrict to class types (optional)
Under Service Settings you'll find Restrict to class types. Leave it empty to allow every class type. Select one or more types to limit the card — for example a 5-class pass that only covers your max 5 group class. This does not lock those classes to this card; other memberships or passes can still pay for them.

Set the price
Enter the price clients pay for the card. New products default to 8.1% VAT (the Swiss standard rate); change it if a reduced rate applies.

Decide where it's sold
Enable online sale if you want clients to be able to buy the card themselves from your booking page or portal. Leave it off to sell it only in-studio.

Save
Save the service. It's now available to sell to clients and, if enabled, to buy online.
Tips
- Block cards are the second payment method StudioPlan checks when booking a class — after an active membership and before charging by card.
- A one-time N-class pass (for example a 5-class Reformer card) belongs here, not under Memberships. Memberships are for recurring plans that refill each period.
- Set a validity period to encourage clients to use their sessions, and to keep your liability clear.
