How a client books a class
What your clients do to find and book a class on your booking page or in their account.

Open the booking page
Clients open your public booking page using the link you share (e.g. studioplan.ch/en/book/your-studio), or sign in to their online account.

Browse and pick a class
They choose a date and class and can see the price and how many spots are left.

Choose how to pay
Clients can pay by card, or use their membership/pack credits or studio credit if they have any. They can book as a guest, or sign in to use credits and keep their booking history.

Confirm the booking
After booking they receive a confirmation. Free classes are confirmed instantly; card payments are completed securely via Stripe.
Tips
- Enable online sale on your services and memberships so clients can buy and then pay with credits.
- Booking in the client mobile app is coming soon — for now, clients book on the web booking page or in their online account.
