How a client manages or cancels a booking

How clients view upcoming bookings, cancel within the window, and rebook.

    Open My Bookings

    Signed in to their account, clients open My Bookings to see upcoming and past classes with their status.

    Cancel a booking

    Clients can cancel a booking as long as your cancellation window hasn't passed. If it has, the cancellation isn't allowed and they'll need to contact you.

    Get credits back

    When a cancellation is eligible, any membership credit or pack session used for the booking is returned automatically.

    Rebook

    Clients can quickly book again from a past class or browse new dates.

Tips

  • Your cancellation cut-off is set in Studio → Business Settings — it controls how late clients can cancel for free.
