Earn loyalty points when you pay with TWINT
See when a studio offers extra TWINT points, where they appear and what happens after a refund.
Before you start
- A client account at a studio offering an active TWINT loyalty bonus
- 1
Look for the TWINT points hint
When choosing a payment method for a class or product on web or mobile, look for the extra loyalty points beside TWINT. The studio sets the number. If no bonus is displayed, do not assume the studio offers one.
- 2
Complete your payment
Choose TWINT and approve the payment in your TWINT app. Points are added after payment is confirmed, not when you open the payment link or reserve the class. A supported outstanding class payment made through your studio’s TWINT link can also earn the bonus.
- 3
Open your loyalty activity
Open Loyalty in your client dashboard or mobile app. TWINT payment bonus identifies the extra points. Each payment earns one bonus; other eligible points, such as attendance points, follow their own studio rules. Rewards and points requirements depend on the studio.
- 4
Check refunds
Any partial or full refund removes the entire fixed TWINT bonus once. You will see TWINT bonus reversed in your loyalty activity. If you already spent the points, your balance stops at zero under the existing loyalty rules. A later change to the studio’s bonus does not change the amount reversed.
Tips
- Card, cash, free, pending and unsuccessful payments do not receive TWINT bonus points.
- Points belong to the studio’s loyalty program; they are not a cash refund or an automatic payment discount.
- If a confirmed payment appears to be missing its bonus, contact your studio with its payment reference. Do not pay again.
