  1. 1

    Open Products → Memberships

Go to Products and open Memberships to manage your membership types.

  2. 2

    Create a membership type

Add a name, description, price, and duration. Decide whether it auto-renews by default. Use the DE | EN | FR | IT switch for the name and description; new memberships default to 8.1% VAT.

  3. 3

    Set the included credits

Give the membership a number of class credits per period, or leave credits unlimited for an all-access membership. For a one-time 5-class pass, use Products → Services instead — memberships refill credits on each renewal.

  4. 4

    Restrict to class types (optional)

Under Access & Benefits you'll find Restrict to class types. Leave it empty to allow every class type. Select one or more types to limit this membership (for example yoga-only vs all-access). This is not configured on the class type, and it is not gated by your StudioPlan plan.

    Save and assign

Save the membership. You can then assign it to clients, or let them subscribe online if you sell memberships through your booking page.

Tips

  • An active membership is the first payment method checked when a client is booked into a class — unlimited memberships cover the class without using a credit.
  • Use class-type restrictions to create tiered memberships (e.g. yoga-only vs. all-access).
  • One-time class packs belong on Services (block cards). Memberships refill credits on each renewal.
