    Open a class

    From Classes or the Calendar, open a class to see its participant list with each booking's status and payment status.

    Add a participant manually

    Use Add Participant to book a client into the class yourself — useful for phone or walk-in bookings. StudioPlan automatically resolves payment (see the related guide on credits and block cards).

    Check clients in

    Mark attendance as clients arrive, or use Quick Check-in / Self Check-in so clients arriving today can check themselves in.

  4. 4

    Cancel or move a booking

    Cancel a booking if needed — this frees the spot and, where applicable, returns the client's credit and promotes the next person from the waitlist.

Tips

  • Keep attendance up to date — it feeds your client history and analytics, and is the basis for attendance-based reporting.
