Set up and manage waitlists

Let clients queue for full classes and get promoted automatically when a spot opens.

Before you start

  • A Professional (or higher) plan — waitlists are a Professional feature

    Open Waitlist Management

    Go to Waitlist Management to see waitlists across your classes, along with rules and analytics.

    Configure waitlist rules

    Set how the waitlist behaves — for example whether promotion is automatic and how long a promoted client has to confirm before the offer expires and passes to the next person.

    Let clients join

    When a class is full, clients see a Join Waitlist option instead of Book. They're added with a position based on priority and join time.

    Automatic promotion

    When a spot opens (a cancellation or capacity increase), the next eligible client is promoted automatically and notified. Payment is resolved the same way as a normal booking.

  5. 5

    Manage the queue

    From Waitlist Management you can review positions, manually promote someone, or remove entries, and track conversion in the waitlist analytics.

Tips

  • Set the confirmation window so promoted clients have a fair chance to respond without holding the spot too long.
