Connect Stripe to accept payments & get paid

Set up Stripe Connect so you can take card and Twint payments and receive payouts.

Before you start

  • Studio Owner or Studio Admin access
  • Your business details (and ID for verification)

    Open Payments → Withdrawals

    Go to Payments and open Withdrawals (Withdraw Funds). This is where you connect Stripe and later request payouts.

    Start the Stripe connection

    Click Connect Stripe. Choose whether your business is an Individual (sole proprietor) or a Company — this is passed to Stripe and affects the information they ask for.

    Complete Stripe onboarding

    You're redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding to enter your business details, bank account for payouts, and identity verification. StudioPlan creates a Stripe Express account for your studio in Switzerland (CHF) with card, Twint, and transfer capabilities.

    Return to StudioPlan

    When you finish, Stripe sends you back to the Withdrawals page. If anything is still required, you'll be prompted to provide it — you can resume onboarding at any time.

  5. 5

    Confirm you're ready

    Once Stripe confirms charges and payouts are enabled, your account is ready. Card and Twint payments for bookings and online purchases now flow to your Stripe account.

Tips

  • Until Stripe Connect is active, card invoicing isn't available — bookings that need payment are left as pending cash, to be settled in-studio.
  • Payouts are set to manual, so funds stay in your Stripe balance until you withdraw them (see the Withdraw funds guide).
  • Verification can take a little time on Stripe's side; you can keep using the rest of StudioPlan meanwhile.
