Set up your studio

Configure your studio details, business hours, and cancellation rules before you go live.

Before you start

  • A StudioPlan account with a studio created

    Complete your general info

    Open Studio → General Info and add your studio name, description, contact email, phone, and logo. The description and branding appear on your public booking page.

    Add your location

    Under Studio → Locations, add your physical address. This is shown to clients and used for the map on your booking page.

    Set your business settings

    In Studio → Business Settings, define your booking and cancellation rules — for example how far in advance clients can book and the cancellation cut-off (how many hours before a class a client can still cancel for free).

    Review compliance settings

    Under Studio → Compliance, configure GDPR options such as consent text and data-retention preferences so you're compliant from day one.

    Customize your booking page

    Open Studio → Booking Page to set colors, images, and descriptions so the page matches your brand before you share the link.

Tips

  • Set your cancellation cut-off thoughtfully — it controls when a spot is released back to clients or the waitlist.
  • You can preview your public booking page at any time from the Booking Page section.
