Find a full class
When a class is full, clients see Join Waitlist instead of Book.

Join the queue
They join the waitlist and hold a position in the queue.

Get offered a spot
If a place opens and your studio uses automatic promotion, the next client is notified and offered the spot. They need to confirm before the offer expires, otherwise it passes to the next person.

Leave anytime
Clients can remove themselves from a waitlist if their plans change.
