Keep client records current and see their bookings, payments, and memberships at a glance.

    Open a client

    Select a client from the Clients page to open their profile.

    Review their history

    See booking history, payment history, attendance, and any active memberships, block cards, or credits for your studio.

    Add notes and labels

    Record notes and apply labels or segments (e.g. Premium, Prospect, Corporate) to organise and filter your client base.

    Edit details or archive

    Update contact details when they change, or archive clients who are no longer active to keep your list tidy.
