Set up fixed course groups (Beta)
Create an Enterprise course cycle with one fixed group, prorated entry, trial places, renewal and QR invoice or online payment.

Open Course cycles
Go to Classes → Course cycles (Beta). This feature is available exclusively to Enterprise studios during beta. Choose Create course cycle; ordinary recurring classes continue to use the standard class workflow.

Define the cycle
Choose the class type, instructor, location, weekday, first and last date, start and end time, regular capacity, trial capacity and price per session. StudioPlan generates every weekly calendar occurrence in the cycle.

Publish the course page
Enable public booking to show the cycle in its weekly slot on the studio calendar. Clients open a dedicated, studio-branded course page that shows the first and last lesson, time, instructor, location and all remaining dates.

Enroll a fixed member
Enroll a client from the cycle page or let the client enroll publicly. One enrollment creates bookings for every remaining session. A client joining after the cycle starts pays only for the remaining sessions.

Offer trials and manage capacity
Book individual free trial sessions without making the person a fixed member. Trial capacity is separate from the regular group capacity. If the fixed group is full, place the client on the group waitlist and promote them when a regular place opens.

Collect payment
Offer a Swiss QR invoice, card or TWINT according to the studio payment settings. QR invoices avoid card-processing fees; card and TWINT use Stripe. Each option is a one-off cycle payment and does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Prepare the next cycle
Create the next cycle, choose the previous cycle and set a renewal deadline. Existing members must actively confirm; unconfirmed reservations can then be released for the waitlist.
Tips
- Treat the Beta label as an invitation to test the workflow with a small number of real groups first.
- After participants exist, date and time changes must preserve the number of remaining sessions; commercial settings are protected from accidental changes.
- A recorded absence keeps the fixed group place and does not automatically grant a replacement lesson.
